The Pastor's Wife:What is your white elephant?
There are many stuff that we don't like to talk about. Issues that we ignore. It has been going on for months, some years, but nobody talks about it. Its that white elephant in the room that stares at you, nags at you, stresses you, scares you, totally overwhelms you and renders you powerless.
You become so brave over the months and years, that when you walk into that house, room, office, wherever your white elephant is, that you have now 'mastered' or you have become so 'institutionalised', you now know how you walk, talk and act, while in the presence of the white elephant.
What is your White Elephant?
God does not want you to feel overwhelmed by your White Elephant. When you understand the Word of God and how the Kingdom of God works, no fear of a White Elephant can grip you. You are free because of who God is in your life. You are free to think, free to talk, free to live and free to grow.

The Pastor's Wife: Think about -Who said it?
There are many voices that one hears everyday. There are some that are negative and cruel, some that only supports you for their own gain, some that really hates you for being you. Then there are those who really takes the time to consistently break you down and say:
...that you are nothing?
...you are second hand?
...that you don't matter?
...you are not beautiful?
...you are no good?
...there life would be better without you?
Think about WHO SAID IT. They are normally people who have been hurt themselves and have low self image challenges and really don't know how to relate to others who are kind hearted, loving and always helpful. Having the characteristics and personality to show a nurturing and caring attitude, scares those who cannot be like you. Don't change who God has made you to be.
So, the best thing you can do is PRAY for WHO SAID IT, and you will see how God makes the necessary changes.
